• PROACTIVE CONTACT Solution-R3 with PG230 gateway: In the present solution Avaya   PG230 gateway provides the more number of outbound agents in predictive mode. HP   c8000 workstation is provisioned for loading the dialer application.
   a. This dialer has E1 PRI as agent trunks and E1 PRI for the outbound trunks.
   b. Agent API licenses and SDK has been provisioned. Using this Agent Interface can        be designed.
   c. PCS Agent for login in to the dialer.

• Nice CLS (SW Only) and Nice Logger: These components provide the Digital
   Extension side call recording.
